Fusion Consulting is looking for an Integration Manager who will play a critical role in managing the integration of a SalesForce-based CRM system as well as an App Portal into our SAP system (S/4Hana). Your main challenge will be ensuring the smooth integration of invoicing and subscription billing functionalities on S4 to support digital products. You will be responsible for creating demands to the SAP team, managing the integration process, and providing expert guidance on best practices for SAP subscription billing and invoicing for digital products.

What you will be doing:

Manage Integration Process: Lead the integration process, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet technical and business requirements while adhering to project timelines.

Creating Demands: Collaborate with stakeholders to create demands for the integration of SalesForce CRM and App Portal into SAP S/4Hana, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Advise on Best Practices: Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for SAP subscription billing and invoicing for digital products, leveraging your knowledge of SAP S/4Hana capabilities and industry standards.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, gather requirements, and provide regular updates on integration progress and challenges.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in managing complex integration projects involving SalesForce CRM, App Portals, and SAP systems, with a focus on invoicing and subscription billing.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4Hana capabilities, particularly in the areas of subscription billing and invoicing for digital products.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Additional information:

This position may require occasional travel for project meetings or training sessions.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
