Software Development Manager with focus on CRM

Fusion Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating software development projects with a focus on CRM and Stakeholder Management. What you will be doing:

• Manage and coordinate various software development topics, with a primary focus on CRM and Subscription Billing systems.
• Lead software implementation on a technical level, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Gather and document requirements and features, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Own digital products from the definition of requirements to production release, in line with the overall vision of the company.
• Integrate new products with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption to operations.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in managing software development projects, specifically with CRM and Subscription Billing systems.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Experience with integration of new products with existing infrastructure.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with an understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, enabling adaptability and responsiveness to changing project needs will be an advantage.
