Fusion Consulting is seeking an SAP Release Manager with a robust understanding of end-to-end project management methodologies, planning strategies, and governance frameworks. What you will be doing:

Lead the end-to-end management of project lifecycles, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to execution.
Utilize your strong understanding of key delivery concepts to drive efficiency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Leverage your expertise in SAP Solution Manager 7.2, particularly in Releases Management using Focused Build and Charm, as well as project management with BPML Solution Documentation.
Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams with excellent facilitation skills, ensuring alignment and progress towards project objectives.

What we are looking for:

Proven track record of successfully managing SAP release cycles, including coordinating with development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure timely and smooth releases.
Familiarity with SAP methodologies and best practices, with the ability to adapt and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate and address potential roadblocks or issues during the release process.
Experience in change management practices, including assessing and mitigating risks associated with SAP releases.
Strong proficiency in SAP Solution Manager 7.2, specifically in Releases Management (Focused Build and Charm) and project management with BPML Solution Documentation.
Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies and release management practices, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
