SAP GTS S/4Hana Consultant

Fusion Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP GTS S/4 HANA Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA, ensuring smooth transitions and providing ongoing support post-upgrade. What you will be doing:

• Assist in the seamless upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide dedicated and comprehensive ongoing support for SAP GTS 4 HANA post-upgrade, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough incident triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate actively in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade support needs, leveraging your expertise to contribute valuable insights.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including revising roles, analytics reports, and aiding in the development of training materials to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Support end-to-end testing activities for the upgraded system, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS and GTS 4 HANA implementations or upgrade projects, demonstrating proficiency and depth of knowledge in the field.
• Familiarity with SAP GTS 4 HANA functionalities and customization, enabling effective utilization and optimization of the system.
• Proven experience in system analysis and proposing solutions within the SAP GTS environment, showcasing your ability to identify and address complex challenges.
• Solid understanding of global trade compliance regulations and standards, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to SAP GTS, enabling you to effectively diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and insights to drive collective success.
