Join us as a SAP Master Data Management (MDM)/MDG Consultant in a validated environment. Your responsibilities will include developing specifications, configuring systems, defining business processes, and supporting data migration in the pharmaceutical industry. If you have expertise in Master Data Domains, Data Governance, and hands-on experience with SAP MDG, we want to hear from you. Strong communication skills in English and good in German are essential. A proactive mindset and commitment to collaborating in geographically dispersed teams, along with a readiness to travel to client sites as needed, are highly valued.

What you will be doing:

Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), and technical requirements
Configure system and document configuration according to project standards
Define and develop Business Process and Workflow requirements
Participate, coordinate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, document meeting minutes, findings, decisions, action items from requirements sessions
Support during scoping and develop functional specifications & confirm developments
Support data migration, integration tests and perform cut-over
Data Design and Governance, define data requirements including data definitions, validations, data cleansing rules, deduplication, exception handling rules for MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operation) Materials and Chart of Accounts Master Data Management etc.
Role definition, design, and assignment
Key User (KU) and End User (EU) trainings and hypercare support
Defect tracking using following tools (SOLMAN, HPQC, BISM etc.)

What we are looking for:

Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in SAP projects with a focus on development, data migration
Deep experience working based on different business scenarios in pharmaceutical environment (Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare) and understanding of validated environment
Master Data Domain experience in one or more of the following data domains (Product, Material, Customer, Client Provider, Vendor) and data governance best practices
Hands-on experience on SAP MDG, MDM Data Manager, Net Weaver MDM, POMS, PMD, and creating User Exists using JAVA
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling, and metadata management
Strong understanding of data structure classifications, BPM workflows, and CRUD processes
Full lifecycle development and project experience, including expertise in project and people management, communication & change management, and template processes
Experience in providing Global SAP Roll-out/Implementation projects while working with international project teams
Able to act in testing, customer support, and Key-User-Trainings
Strong English and good German communication skills
Excellent User knowledge in Excel application·
