Be a Key Player in Talent Acquisition!

In this role, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a crucial part in identifying, engaging, and attracting top SAP talent for our key markets and to drive our organization's success forward, but also help to bring the Talent Acquisition function to the next level. Join us and make a significant impact in shaping our talent acquisition strategy!

Your Strengths:

  • Sourcing Mastery: Utilize your sourcing expertise and apply Boolean search to identify and engage professionals through channels like LinkedIn and other CV Platforms.
  • Talent Pool: Maintain and continuously increase our talent pool in our CRM and cultivate a positive relationships with potential candidates.
  • Tailored Strategies: Collaborate closely with account managers and subject matter experts to deeply understand their talent needs, crafting sourcing strategies to effectively address those requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screening calls and evaluating their motivation and ensuring cultural fit with our organization.
  • Advisory: Coordinate with account managers on recruitment topics and act as a trusted advisor within the organization, providing valuable insights on market trends, talent availability, and innovative sourcing methods within the SAP landscape.
  • Brand Enhancement: Continuously contribute to enhancing our employer brand within the Management Consulting community by delivering exceptional candidate experiences and nurturing positive relationships throughout the recruitment process.

Your Capabilities:

  • Passion for Sourcing: You have strong background in sourcing passive professionals with techniques like Boolean search in LinkedIn and building Talent Pools.
  • Ability to connect: You enjoy collaborating with individuals and establishing and nurturing robust connections with experts.
  • Delivering: Experience in fast-paced environments and specialized recruitment: Proficient in swiftly identifying and attracting professionals.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Language capability: Fluent or native English, Mandarin is a strong plus
